“Being able to feel safe with other people is probably the single most important aspect of mental health; safe connections are fundamental to meaningful and satisfying lives.”

The Glue To Society and Life

Something here about the process of going around the circle and with each completed cycle trust developes.

Becoming An Important Piece In Life

Stressful moments can push people apart and away from the things in life they need. But it can be different. When people commit to caring for each others’ needs the conflict changes from a wedge that drives them apart to a chance to help them become closer. Yes, it’s not always easy but it's an important life experience to understand another person in a way they tell you what they need and you're there for them. To be whom they need. And they are there for you when you need them the most. It’s not pie in the sky thinking. It’s possible and it gets easier when your respect each other's needs. It brings you together to form meaningful connections to experience life together. Opening yourself up and allowing another person to become an important piece of your life is a rich experience everyone should have in life.

Forming Closer Bonds

With time trust will develop. It gives a person the sense maybe the world isn’t out to get them. They may have only known thenselves as being stressesed stuck in a Fight or Flight response. And it starts to peel away. The battle walls come down, and the doors unlock to let other ins. People beging to ope up. Opening yourself up and allowing another person to become an important piece in your life and connect with another human is a rich experience everyone should have in life. And when these relationships are formed a greater empathy is developed. And with every cycle of trust a deeper attachment is formed. The trust cycle shouldn’t take the beauty away from getting close to someone and act as some sort of transaction as a form of Villain. It's more that it should be understood so that it's not broken when you are trying to buid trust. And what happens over time when people feel distant. The trust cycle forms closer bonds, it's the glue of a family, society, and humanity. It gives people the ability to have empathy.
