It All Adds Up

There are a list of ways you can plus one to move to the things you need. It’s not that there is a score to achieve, it's more about seeing how the most simple things in your life you are either moving toward the things you need or away. The goal is to always make them a plus one. And to not simply discount the many different and even small things in life that make you feel better because in the end they add up.  Adopting plus ones is a way to move within each moment. It puts you in the driver's seat and gives you agency and a sense of control over your world. And over time things will get better.
